Some PLUs may not be active in all Branches of a Multi-branch organisation. In this case the 'PLUs List' for each branch will show any inactive PLUs for that branch as greyed out in the list. When you switch to viewing a Branch in which that PLU is active, the PLU is no longer greyed out.
