Once prices change has been made through the Prices option if a product has a label allocated to it, then it will add a record to the Shelf edge Label file. Selecting A Branch then a Batch date and then pressing the Load batch button this will load all labels to be printed. This process can be repeated several time to load multiple batches. This might be used to fill up the whole sheet of labels to stop blank labels being wasted. Individual Labels can be added by entering the Scan code and the Quanity of labels to be printed.
If there are multiple shelf's that a product sits on the locations field can be used to add more than one labels when a price is changed. The location field can be found against the individual Scanning PLU.
