Once the order is delivered, go back into the orders section and select the order by clicking on the reference number.
This gives an option to edit the order or receive it into stock, click 'Edit Order' button. The number of units ordered can be modified at any point until it is received into stock. The order can be appended or items deleted as well as modifying the quantity or cost of a stock ingredient.
