There is no method for re-arranging the order of courses in the designer. You may want to do this if you have removed a course from the middle of a Course Set Menu sequence or if you want to add a course in the middle for some reason. However, changing the order of courses is still relatively simple to achieve. Remember that you can only have a maximum of 6 courses so the task is not too onerous.

 

1. Edit your Course Set Menu and go to the designer view.

 

2. Highlight each Course in turn in the tree view and click 'Remove'. You will be prompted to confirm each time so click 'OK' when asked.

 

3. Highlight the 'Course Set Menu' PLU (the top of the tree).

 

4. Highlight the first course you want to add and click 'Add Selected Set Menu'. Repeat this for each course in the order you want them to appear.

 

5. Click 'Save' to action your changes.
