The Stock period are used to clear the stock record data. There is not set period. It can be weekly, bi weekly or monthly
Select the Stock area and press the period end or the year end. Follow the pormpts on the screen to complete. The Year end also gives te option to clear completed stock orders, wastages and trasnfers. This will not affect the sales history in any way.
