When creating a new PLU in the Hospitality Mode of the Casio Cloud Suite it runs a PLU creation wizard.  

 

1.Sales items these do not have stock and are only available for reporting purposes.

2.Stock item this is when an item is sold in only one size such as Can, bottle or Unit or it can also be defined as the main selling size for a product such as a pint or Wine bottle.

3.Recipes can be a single item such as half a pint or a double or it can be lots of items such as beef Pattie, cheese slice and burger bun
