The Outlets screen creates stock areas such as Shop Stock, Cellar, Bar 1 Stock, Bar 2 Stock Etc.. This allows stock to be tracked in different areas. To do this each Cash register must be linked to a stock area to allow correct depletion of stock. To Edit the details of the outlet stock area Click on the name highlighted in bold or to add a new Outlet press the 'Add New Outlet' button.
All stock movements such as 'Order', 'Wastage' or 'Transfers' can be applied to a stock outlet. Stock reports can then be run against each individual stock outlet. See the Stock_Module options for further details.
