From ERA 3.1.0, it is possible for products displayed on Automatic keyboards to be shown alphabetically or in order of the PLU number. To set this, select either 'sort by Item Code' or 'sort by Item Name' in the drop down list at the top the screen. Note: This option only appears if the CRX you have imported is from ERA 3.1.0 or higher.
