You can delete a Tab via the 'Table Layout Tab Maintenance' screen.
1. Click the 'Delete' icon for the Tab you want to delete.
2. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click 'OK' to delete the Tab or 'Cancel' to change your mind and keep it.
