'Clerk Group' programming must be performed on the EPOS terminal. Create and edit 'Clerk Group' settings on the terminal. However, the Cloud must be able to assign a Clerk to a 'Clerk Group' so if you create a new 'Clerk Group' on the till (or edit the name of an existing one) you MUST also create a 'Clerk Group' with the same name on the Cloud Suite. You will then be able to assign Clerks to that new 'Clerk Group'.
