The Pub Co. Reporting is a module that can be configured to send various types of data to a User via Email. Each User can have customized spreadsheets emailed to them ether on a daily,weekly or monthly basis. Each Work Sheet is sent in a spreadsheet format. It is quite common for restaurants or pubs to want a summary sheet with different types of data.

As well as sales data it is possible to collect Event data which can be used for marketing analysis. Event's are set up with a date range and products linked to the event to be analysed.

The following types of information can be included in the Speadsheet.

•Business Name : - Shows the branch name and the date range for the data.

•Money Declaration : - Shows the money declaration surplus or shortage generated from the Cashing up module.

•Sales Comparison : - The Sales values are compared to the same date range of the previous year, as well as comparing sales to the budgeted sales forecast.

•Top Sellers : - Shows the top 5 products by sales value.

•Wastage : - Shows the cost of wastage that has been entered in the stock module.

•Sales totals : - Shows the financial summary Z report from the cash registers.

•Notes - Inserts : - A note field is added to the bottom of the spread sheet allowing additional information to be typed in to the spread sheet.

•Cashier Sales : - Shows the Clerks Sales summary Z report from the cash register.

•Group Sales : - Shows the Group Sales summary Z report from the cash register.

•Department : - Sales - Shows the Department Sales summary Z report from the cash register.

•Event Sales : - Allows a range of product's that have been assigned to a promotional event to be analysed.

•Promotions : - Shows The Quantity and value of discounted promotions.

•Period Sales : - Allows definition of period's of sales such as lunch or Evening meals.
