1. Enter a name for the 'Course Set Menu'. Remember, a Course Set Menu is a PLU - what you type here is what will appear on the POS as the item that will be sold.
2. Enter a price.
3. Select the 'Department'.
4. Select the 'Item Parameter' on the 'Parameter' line.
5. Select the 'Tax Code 1'.
6. Select the colour. This is the colour the key/button on the POS will use.
